Privacy · Draft for legal review
How this website treats information.
Draft prepared for counsel on 8 November 2026. This is not a final privacy policy and it is not legal advice.
Who this draft covers
FloqMedia is operated by Jadz Marketing & Ad Co, LLC, affiliated with Jadz Holdings LLC. This draft describes this website. The FLOQR app at floqr.app is a separate product and may present its own notice.
What this website collects
The pages are static. Inquiry forms check what you type inside the browser and do not transmit it. No account is created here. No analytics product and no advertising pixel are connected on this site. A future inbox, analytics tool, or pixel needs a revised notice before it is switched on.
Creator footage
SIwood, if it is built, would involve creator-submitted footage. This website does not accept uploads. Any later collection needs a stated purpose, access limits, explicit consent, and a way to withdraw. Private footage does not belong on a public page.
Sponsorship disclosures
Sponsored ShoutOut, brand activations, and creator placements need a clear disclosure to the people seeing them. This draft does not allow an undisclosed advertisement.
Consent
Consent for a message, a placement, or footage has to match that specific use. Basic hotel and restaurant discovery and reservation assistance for patrons is free and is not a subscription. Optional professional subscriptions, if they are offered later, are a separate choice and are not required for patrons.
Copyright
The words on this site and the FloqMedia logo stay with their rights holders. Creator footage remains with the creator unless a written approval says otherwise.
Data retention
Because inquiries are not transmitted, this website does not retain them on a server. A browser may keep the page in memory until the tab closes. A future inbox needs a written retention period. None is set in this draft.
Advertising privacy
Venue advertising and sponsored experiences are FloqMedia commercial activity. They are separate from earnings a platform such as YouTube pays a creator. This site does not describe a live ad-targeting system and does not publish audience sizes.
Contact
Use the contact page to prepare an inquiry. A public email and street address are not verified for publication, so none is printed.
