These draft terms cover the FloqMedia website operated by Jadz Marketing & Ad Co, LLC. FLOQR at floqr.app is a separate app. If that app shows its own terms, those terms cover the app. This draft does not change floqr.app.
What the pages describe
Pages describe the company, ShoutOut, advertising, venues, and creators. SIwood, FloqAi / BOT DEE, and Batr are labeled as concepts or plans. A description is not a promise that a product is available.
Inquiries and subscriptions
The inquiry forms review a message in the browser. They do not create a contract and they do not deliver the message. Investor is a contact category, not an offer of securities. Basic hotel and restaurant discovery and reservation assistance for patrons is described as free. This website does not sell a personal concierge subscription. A future business or professional subscription would need its own terms.
Footage, consent, and sponsorship
Do not send footage or another person's personal data through this site. The forms are not a delivery channel. Creator footage, sponsorship disclosures, and advertising privacy are covered in the draft privacy note. A sponsorship or placement needs the approvals that note describes.

The FloqMedia wordmark and camera icon on this site are the supplied brand files. Copying them to imply a partnership is outside this draft. A copyright complaint path will be published when a verified contact exists.
